Rachel Baruck is an associate in Elias Law Group’s Political Law practice.

Prior to attending law school, Rachel worked for various political organizations, where she specialized in digital communications and field organizing. Rachel gained political experience working for JB for Governor, Organizing for Action, Do Big Things, LLC, and Giffords.

Rachel graduated from NYU School of Law in 2023, where she was an editor of the Journal of Legislative and Public Policy, as well as a research assistant to Professor Kenji Yoshino. She is also a graduate of the University of Wisconsin-Madison, where she studied political science and journalism.
