Angelica is a Research Analyst at Elias Law Group. Before joining ELG, Angelica worked at the Democratic Congressional Campaign Committee as an Organizing Director in her home state of Florida. She led Spanish-language voter outreach and organized for Senators Mark Kelly, Jon Ossoff, and Raphael Warnock.

Angelica is a two-time alumna of Florida State University. She graduated with a master's degree in American Politics and Policy and an undergraduate degree in Political Science and Spanish. She is based out of the firm’s Washington, D.C. office.
