Zachary (“Zach”) Morrison is a counsel in the Political Law Practice. He focuses his practice on the laws governing federal candidates and officeholders and political party committees. He has provided counsel to over twenty different U.S. Senate campaigns and multiple presidential campaigns.

He has a background in campaigns and political fieldwork. He was a campaign manager for a Sarasota, Florida city commissioner campaign, a field organizer for a U.S. Senate campaign in Alaska, and an organizing fellow for both of President Obama's presidential campaigns. He is based out of ELG’s Washington, D.C. office.
